Mindfulness Meditation


Come learn the foundations of mindfulness during your lunch break with Pizzuti Collection member and docent Barbara Braham – no prior experience necessary. You will be introduced to the foundations of mindfulness during each session and have the opportunity to practice what is taught. After the instruction and practice, we invite you to mindfully browse the galleries.If you already have a sitting practice and would like to bring a cushion, please feel free to do so. Chairs will also be provided.
 
Three sessions will take place on June 13, 20, and 27. You are welcome to attend any one or all of the sessions.
 
This program is designed to offer supplemental, unique experiences in conjunction with the Visions From India exhibition. The event is open to the public and included with the cost of general admission. Free to members and students.
